We package and ship your order as same day if the order is received before 3pm that day. Anything ordered after 3pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.
If inaccurate or incomplete information was provided, this may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order. Please note: any orders placed over the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day, as we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Also, if an item(s) is out of stock, this may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order. Rest assured that you will be notified via email about any changes associated to your order.

Alaska, Hawaii, AP/FPO Orders
Only standard United States Postal Services shipping is available. Standard delivery usually arrives within 5-10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
- Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- SoundStyle does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
- If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to SoundStyle.
- SoundStyle is not responsible for any shipping delays that might occur due to the destination country regulations.
